Swindon Working Pattern: 2 Weeks Per Month

MT Supported Living Ltd is recruiting Support Workers with a driving licence to work two weeks per month across our supported living services. This role is ideal if you want structured work without committing to a full monthly rota.

Our services support adults with varying needs to live independently in their own homes, with staff on hand to provide the right level of support, encouragement and structure.

About the Role

This is a supported living position, not home care. You will be based within fixed services, with some travel required between locations. Support is delivered in line with individual care and support plans, promoting choice, independence and dignity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting individuals with daily routines and personal care where required
• Encouraging independent living skills and positive decision-making
• Supporting medication prompts in line with training and policies
• Preparing meals and supporting healthy living
• Supporting individuals to attend appointments and community activities
• Maintaining a safe, supportive and respectful environment
• Completing daily support notes and records accurately
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals

Working Pattern

• 2 weeks per month (set rota)
• Mix of early, late and evening shifts
• Some weekend availability required

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Willingness to travel between supported living services
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during assigned weeks
• Right to work in the UK
• A calm, respectful and reliable approach
• Good communication and record‑keeping skills

Previous supported living or care experience is welcomed, but not essential — full training is provided.
