Healthcare Assistant Wanted | Work Locations: Swindon, Wiltshire, Bristrol | UK & International Recruitment
Hours: 39 hours per week plus overtime
A growing organization MT Supported Living is seeking for experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others while advancing your career.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily support and assistance to clients with physical and/or learning disabilities and other needs
Ensure client safety and well-being.
Help clients with daily task such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
Encourage client independence and assist with skill development.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A compassionate and patient approach to care
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
