What We Do

MT Supported Living provides tailored support for people with physical, learning, and complex disabilities. We focus on building life skills, enabling communication, fostering friendships and promoting independent living so every person can experience life in full.

Our Values

We include

Everyone belongs, difference is valued, and no one is left out. We take time to understand each other, however we communicate, and we involve people—especially in the things that affect them directly.

We collaborate

Our mission is to remove barriers to communication so that everyone has the opportunity to live their life to the full.

We challenge

We treat risk as a part of life to work with, not avoid. When things go wrong, we’re honest, we learn, and we do better.

We find a way

We think creatively and take a person‑centred approach to planning and developing support, giving more choice, control and independence.

Our Promises!

We will understand and respond. We will respect others. We will be honest and open. We will participate and contribute. We will take informed risk. We will find things to celebrate. No decision about me, without me.

Outcomes We Aim For

  • Adults are supported to live and learn at every stage of their lives.

  • We invest in the growth of our supported living services.

  • Individuals are less lonely and more connected with their communities.

I called Susan to discuss her on going care to know how everthing is going, she mentioned that the staff is all so good to her and so professional, she is very happy with the company. Also, she feels very sad that she needs to go into a care home. She was very thankful to us and gave lots of appreciation to the office and to the care team.
